SWS Student 4.11.11

SWS Student is the application that allows learners, students, trainees, and participants to confirm their attendance at a training session through digital signature on their smartphone or tablet.

This application enables signing attendance during remote or face-to-face training sessions using three types of validation methods: secured proximity tags (Bluetooth beacons), rotating QR codes, and session codes.

ATTENDANCE VIA SECURED PROXIMITY TAGS:

For face-to-face training sessions, you can go to the assigned room for your training to detect the associated proximity tag. Make sure to turn on your Bluetooth and authorize location access to use the application; your location will not be stored, ensuring the system detects your proximity to a tag.

The beacons ensure attendance at training locations equipped with proximity tags, without physically tracking individuals, in compliance with privacy regulations and GDPR obligations.

Once the tag is detected, the application allows you to sign attendance via the designated signature pad.

ATTENDANCE VIA QR CODE:

For face-to-face and/or remote training sessions, go to the training room or near your trainer where you will find a QR code displayed for scanning using the Student application. The QR code changes periodically to secure remote signatures.

After scanning the QR code, you can confirm your attendance by signing on the designated pad.

ATTENDANCE VIA CODE:

For face-to-face and/or remote training sessions, the trainer or training manager may provide you with a code (on the board, via email, over the phone, etc.). You can then enter this code in the Student application to access the signature interface and confirm your attendance.

Using this application requires a subscription to the SoWeSign solution, which provides the necessary identification code to start the application.

SoWeSign then generates attendance certificates, certified compliant with decree 2017-382, ensuring data reliability through audit trails in the context of funding and audits by training funds, professional skills operators (OPCO), regions, employment centers like Pôle Emploi, labor directorates (DIRECCTE), etc.
